New houses, additions, and renovations for families in Huntsville and the communities around it.
We take on more than houses, but the work we put first is the rooms and spaces you actually live in.
New homes
A house designed around how you live now, and how that is likely to change. The drawings are the tool. The point is a place that works on a Tuesday, not just in the renderings.
Additions
More room that still belongs to the house you have. If it looks bolted on, it is not finished. Don’t settle for a house that doesn’t fit your lifestyle.
Renovations
Sometimes the house is right, and the plan is not. We keep what is working, rebuild what is not, and stop short of novelty for its own sake. Make your house into a generational home.
How you see it first
Before construction, you walk the rooms in our VR headset. Stand at the sink. Look down the hall. Change the thing that is bothering you while it is still cheap to change.
